  • We are open from Monday to Saturday and close in Sunday or public holiday
  • Our working hours are from 9.00 AM – 17.00 PM

SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping

  • Sam & Decanth ship your product using JNE courier services as default. You can choose 3 types of services depend on it’s delivery speed (OKE, REGULER, and YES)
  • After Sam & Decanth received the payment, we will process your shipment in 1 – 2 working days. We will inform the tracking numbers through e-mail or phone number soon after your product has been placed to be shipped.
  • JNE courier usually takes 1 – 3 working days to deliver the products around Java Area and 4 – 5 working days for outside Java Area. Please inform us if you want to deliver the products with another courier services that you choose and it will be your own risk.
  • All the shipping cost will be customer’s responsibilities. This is included return shipment cost or exchange shipment cost.
  • We would not be responsible for any damage that happened to the products during shipment as we shipped it in good condition.

International Shipping

  • For International Shipment, we use Express Mail Service (EMS) as our default courier.
  • The rates will be set flatly and calculated depends on zone area
  • After Sam & Decanth received the payment, we will process your shipment in 1 – 2 working days. It usually takes 7 – 10 working days for the couriers to deliver the products. If it takes longer than usual, please inform us for further help on tracking the products. Also, please note that the custom clearance lead time may varied depend on each Country’s Policy.
  • We would not be responsible for any damaged that happened to the products during shipment as we shipped it in good condition.
  • We do not take responsibilities for any customs or import duties that charged in the overseas shipping process. These charges are fully customer’s liabilities.
  • If your items are not delivered within 1 (one) month, we considered it as a lost in delivery. Please read “Lost Items During Shipment” for more information.

Lost Items

  • Sam & Decanth team will consider that your orders are lost if within 1 (one) month you do not receive the items.
  • We would help checking the status of your shipment in local EMS office (Jakarta – Indonesia) or JNE office (for domestic shipment) for further confirmation.
  • If we accidentally wrote the wrong shipping address, we would take full responsibilities to re-send the products included the shipping cost.
  • If your paid items are clearly lost during shipment, and it is by chance not our fault, we couldn’t re-send your product again unless you pay 50% again from the products price to cover up the other cost.

RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY

  • If you find that our products defect, please do not remove the handtag and inform us as soon as possible. The product will be replaced free of charge within 3 days after we found that is our fault. The product can not be returned if the handtag been removed.
  • Our “Bag” category products carry a one year warranty for zipper. Please inform us if you have problem with the zipper. The warranty doesn’t cover any defects caused by usage.
  • You can claim the warranty by consulting with us at first via email samdecanth@gmail.com, after we accept your claim, you have to deliver your product to us (cost will be your responsibilities).
  • Usually it takes 1 month at the latest to repair your product.

REFUND POLICY

  • All products that have been purchased and received are not refundable
